We love this place. My business group has had several meetings here, and it is really amazing. Rooms are always spotless. They look beautiful and the view of downtown is excellent.

We rented the Rooftop suite and the hangover easy suite for a two-night business group to entertain some clients. The accommodations could not have been better. So much space, spotlessly clean and it was supplied better than any other place that I've stayed. Check-in/checkout and service was super. Every person of our 14-member group asked me how I found the place and I'm the hero of the group. Would absolutely recommend for any type of group. The location could not have been better. Right next to Broadway area, but on a quiet street where noise was not a factor.

Stayed at The Maddox Hotel in Nashville and had a great experience. The location is super convenient,lots of trendy spots nearby, and you can easily hop on a scooter or rideshare to get around. Tons of attractions are just minutes away, plus 2 decent pizza joints on the same block. Looks like the bar they are building on the main floor (Hitchcock themed) will be very nice. We booked the Elvis Suite, which was really neat... fun vibe, comfy, and definitely added to the Nashville experience. Not too far from the downtown music scene either, so it was easy to enjoy live music and still get back quickly. Overall, a great place to stay if you want something stylish and close to everything!

Amazing place and location! The suite was well stocked, clean and spacious. Quick walk to Broadway and restaurants. Would definitely return if in the area again.

Perfect location. Walkable to everything. Extremely comfortable beds with lots of space for everyone in our large group. Fully equipped with cooking supplies, games, etc. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a group of 14 ladies staying in the modern suite and had the best weekend visiting Nashville for the first time! The layout was spacious and great for hanging out. Loved all the shower and bathroom options. Plenty of beds too. Nice, clean and pretty decorations. Lots of photo ops in the unit. Location was convenient. Very walkable to broadway bars and restaurants. Only issue we had was that the door got stuck a few times and couldnt get in after entering the door key code several times.

I stayed there for a Bach party with a total of 14 people. The room was spacious and beautiful. There were enough showers and toilets for everyone to share. The manager was so friendly and accommodating . A huge plus ,is that we were able to store our luggage before and after as we waited for our flights. The location is perfect and walking distance from restaurants, broadway street and ect. It also felt very safe because there was special access into the building.

Had a great experience with the Maddox for a bachelor party. The property was well maintained, service was great, and the location is super convenient.

This was the perfect place for our family and celebrating our dad's 80th. 🩷

I’d give 0 if I could given the absent management. Had a group of 8 who booked one of the suites and the heat kept turning on (it’s 90° in Nashville) with little to no help and then the keypad for the suite died and after alerting management 7 hours ahead of us retuning to fix it, we came back to still being locked out and the only person who answered the call said they were at least an hour away. The space and location is great, but the service and management for a room as expensive as this leaves a lot to be desired.

This place was an oasis just a few minutes walk from Broadway. The suite had everything you need and could accommodate several couples. Highly recommend it!

Highly recommend the Maddox Hotel for any large group events. The location, beds, bathrooms, showers and space were all perfect! Sherry made sure we had everything we needed. It was the best time ever!

We spent 4 days in the Hangover Easy Suite with 14 friends and family for my daughter's 21st. It was the best location, easy walk to Broadway, so no Ubers. The suite easily accommodated all of us comfortably, including the handicap accessible bathroom. I'm so happy I found The Maddox and would highly recommend. Luckily it was off season so the price was great.

If I could give more stars, I would. Beautiful hotel and exceptional customer service. We had a small issue one morning and the staff responded quickly, apologized, dropped off a gift basket and solved the problem swiftly. They even offered a discount on the room. The Maddox hotel truly cares about their customers. Their actions added value to our trip! You have a customer for life. Thank you, Maddox. Well done!

We stayed in the Honky Tonk Suite for my bachelor party and had the absolute best time at the Maddox Hotel. The unit was perfect for our group of 15 guys and the location being so close to Broadway was very convenient! Sherry was very helpful throughout the booking process and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend the Maddox for large groups and will definitely book again next time I'm back in Nashville!

Just stayed at The Maddox Hotel for my bachelor party, and it was the perfect spot! The location was ideal, making it easy to get around, but what really stood out was the customer service—responsive, accommodating, and always making sure we had everything we needed. The suite was spotless, well-stocked with plenty of towels and sheets, and super comfortable for our group. Everything was seamless, and we had an absolute blast. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay!

My wife and I had the luxury of staying at the Maddox Hotel in Downtown Nashville. What an absolute treat! The rooms are of superior quality, the service was off the charts, and the location could not be beat. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to be in Nashville Within minutes. Every detail of the design and decor Rivals that of some of the finest luxury hotels we've ever visited. If I could rate the Maddox hotel at 10 Stars 🌟 I would do so!

What a fantastic place to stay with a group of Friends. 1 block to Broadway and all the Bars. Great set up, pool table , big screen TV. Huge table to sit around for snacks and drinks !! Highly recommend!
